Vote, roll, and author the next beat together.
Our Story condenses tabletop storytelling into a shared hero. Every turn, the crowd proposes actions and the system resolves what happens next.
Create an account, sign in, and claim your seat at the shared table. Every player steers the same hero.
Type a verb, target, and intent. Your command joins the pile, and the winning intent guides the hero.
Dice roll, skills trigger, and the AI narrator stitches a new beat that everyone experiences together.
What makes Our Story different.
Our Story isn't an LLM dungeon with a chat box. Every system below is built on the same idea: the crowd is the player, the model is the GM's intuition, the engine is the rulebook.
MMO² — and the win is authorship
One shared universe. Many heroes inside it. Each one steered by a different crowd. When that crowd is the first to finish a world, they earn the right to write the next one — its setting, its tone, its central conflict. Victory isn't a leaderboard entry. It's authorship of what everyone plays next.
Growth is articulated, not clicked
There is no "+1" button. To raise a skill, the community meditates on what it means. To raise a stat, they compose a mantra in this hero's voice. To bring a fallen hero back, they speak their resolve. In every case, the same rule: the crowd articulates, the system listens, and only sincere reflection moves the number. Cheap input fails.
8,000+ verbs — and magic is built from them
Anything you can describe, you can attempt. Spells aren't a separate menu. They're verbs used in context, with the right intent, by a hero who's earned the understanding to cast them.
Anything can be crafted
No recipe list. What gates the result is the community's skill execution — how well they coordinate the skills, materials, and intent the work requires. A masterwork blade and a bent nail come from the same system. The difference is the crowd that made them.
Adaptive music that listens
The soundtrack tracks the narrative's emotional contour in real time. A sad scene gets a sad song. A reckless charge gets something with teeth. No manual cue, no playlist shuffle — the music director reads the current beat and picks accordingly.
Soft checks meet hard mechanics
Underneath everything else: the LLM judges intent and meaning; the engine enforces rules and state. Dice still roll. Stats still matter. Inventory is still inventory. But the soft, human parts — "does this reflection show understanding?", "is this a spell or just words?", "is this revival heartfelt?" — get judged by the model. The mix is the point.

Born in the shadows of a nameless city, Lowto emerged from the gutters where squalor cloaked his childhood. He embraced the belief that every individual, even those within the deepest poverty, deserved the simple joy of cleanliness. With a blend of ash and rendered fat, he handcrafted soap that transformed the very air of the slums, earning him the title of the Soap Baron. His kindness and dedication to his craft attracted both dockworkers and duchesses alike, uniting them in their appreciation for his fragrant creations. Yet, during the zenith of his success, fate played a cruel trick. A moment of misfortune saw him slipping on his own creation, leading him to awaken in a strange, new world. Now, stripped of his fortune, brand, and devoted clientele, Lowto stands tall with two scarred hands that remember the art of soap-making. The only certainty he carries is the firm belief that empathy can win hearts and that every corner of the universe can find renewal, no matter how soiled it may seem.
